We are an established fund manager in the fields of Shipping and Energy, seeking an exceptional professional or graduate with strong quantitative ability and a genuine interest in artificial intelligence and financial modelling to join our team as a Graduate Financial Analyst & AI Modelling Associate.

The role will involve working closely with the fund portfolio managers to facilitate portfolio construction, while also requiring the candidate to work independently. This role is ideal for a highly numerate candidate — preferably with a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, computer science, and either a master’s degree in finance or one or two years’ experience in the financial market — who is excited by the application of AI tools to financial analysis, forecasting, and company modelling.

  • Understanding of financial statements and basic valuation concepts
  • Knowledge of Excel and financial modelling

Nice To Have

  • Experience using AI tools such as large language models, data analysis platforms, or automation tools
  • Familiarity with Python, VBA, SQL, or data analytics tools would be advantageous
