Proficiency with the latest AI tooling and other emerging technologies to automate reporting and other work is expected. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to identify complex problems, interpret data, apply critical thinking, and formulate solutions, are essential. Comfort with risk management, identification, evaluation, and mitigation is necessary. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and resource allocation, is required. A clear understanding and broad knowledge of V.Group, V.Ships, and the shipping industry in general, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms, is important. The ability to plan for constant change and adapt to changes in the business environment is essential. Strong interpersonal relationships, including the ability to collaborate effectively, build positive relationships, and manage conflict within groups, are necessary.
