This role is based in our office in Southampton with Mondays & Fridays working from home. This is a temporary role that will run up to 12 months.
BASIC PURPOSETo support the consumer and trade marketing plans through print and digital campaigns which include direct mail, email, advertising and events to support the commercial growth and development of our customer base while increasing customer retention.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES- Support the Snr Marketing Manager and marketing department on all aspects of print and digital marketing, such as: direct mail, email, events, advertising and social media for EMEA regions.
- Create design briefs, content and coordinate internal and external suppliers to produce print and digital marketing collateral, such as direct mail, emails, brochures and advertisements.
- Assist with management of freelance team including translation and external graphic design.
- Assist with the coordination and management of advertising campaigns for EMEA regions for both trade and consumer publications across all channels.
- Support with the management of trade email communications, from brief, to copy writing to build and deployment.
- Assist with campaign management by proofing of marketing assets, communication plans and reporting.
- Support the organisation and delivery of national and international consumer events, ensuring required marketing support is provided and delivered in a timely manner across all touch points, from set up, right through to post-event reporting.
- Assist in the management of the trade training platform to ensure that brand and promotional content is kept up-to-date.
- Attend and represent Oceania Cruises at internal and external events.
- Champion the Oceania Cruises brand by ensuring all engagement activities, both internally and externally, reflect the brand guidelines.
The candidate must be completing a Marketing, Communications or PR degree. Excellent attention to detail. Strong writing skills – copy writing, editing, proofing. Ability to work independently and as a member of a small team is paramount. Computer literate: experience with Microsoft Office products is essential. Organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform under pressure. Flexible and adaptable to company requirements.
