The role has two major wings; firstly, to act as an ambassador and networking associate for the company, its mission, and the people it is looking to serve. This role requires collaboration with the creative team to deliver high-quality video content that aligns with our goals and client needs.
Part diplomat, part teacher, and part technician. The hours are not demanding, but output quality must be borderline obsessive. Personalized skills-gap training will be provided to get you up to speed with the latest and greatest in artificial intelligence and machine learning, in addition to how best to explain and demonstrate the how's and why's to largely non-technical audiences.
Over time, you will be provided with training and personalized coaching on the Oceanheart System; a novel 5-bodies approach to human wellness, integrating the most effective knowledge and interventions as drawn from a highly multi-disciplinary background in sports science, sports nutrition, strength and conditioning, yoga, most major forms of spirituality/religion, mythology, evolutionary biology, neuroscience, biohacking and the discipline of reaching peak human performance.

- 3+ years experience with sound production, engineering and a natural inclination towards making things "just right".
- Proficiency in Video Post-Production
- A willingness to work with both traditional and edge technologies in all the above
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Familiarity with the health and wellness industry is a plus
- An active spiritual practice or faith is a strong plus
- Candidates with a natural flair for music creation and appreciation will be taken very seriously.
Interview Process:
- Stage 1: Meet & Greet - "fail fast" and check for any dealbreakers on either side
- Stage 2: Behavioural Interview and administration of psychometrics to help determine strengths and weaknesses. IQ/EQ, personality trait, stress resilience and overall life experience will be taken into account.
- Stage 3: Discussion of company mission and roadmap with CEO
- Stage 4: If successful, compensation strategies will be discussed in person. If unsuccessful, you will be given detailed feedback.
