The Training Administrator will work closely with the Training Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth delivery of training programs and workshops.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate training records and databases.
  • Raise purchase orders and coordinate with training providers.
  • Maintain training facilities to an acceptable standard.
  • Assist in the scheduling of internal and external training courses for site personnel.
  • Upload and maintain employee training records into required databases.
  • Provide training and competency support to Training Managers as necessary.
  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of training sessions and workshops.
  • Prepare training materials and resources.
  • Communicate with trainers, participants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate training outcomes and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Support the development of new training programs and initiatives.
