Oceaneering are looking for a Site Manager for Phillips66, Immingham, DN40 3DW. Start January 2026 for long term contract, or staff position. Requires PCNL2 qualifications and supervision experience. Candidates must be from North Lincolnshire area, or within 1hr travel of site.

Functions:

  • Develop medium and long term plans in line with Oceaneering and client demands to ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinate the use of the Site labour, facilities and equipment to ensure maximum utilisation.
  • Ensure the maintenance of all technical reporting systems and procedures.
  • Monitor compliance of contract.
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with Operating Procedures Manual.
  • Assist Contracts Manager by preparation of bid/tender documentation and quotations.
  • Carry out / Demonstrate commitment to the continuing growth of the Company by ensuring good Client relationships.
  • Monitor the use of all equipment materials and consumables to minimise wastage and losses and ensure maximum utilisation.
  • Monitor the implementation on the site of Company Personnel Policies.
  • Monitor sound labour relations and morale on the Site.
  • Prepare annual budgets for the Site in consultation with the Group Financial Manager.
  • Prepare rolling sales forecast in consultation with the Contracts Manager as required.
  • Monitor all Site costs both fixed and variable to ensure the continuing profitability.
  • Undertake any other duties of a reasonable nature as required by Management.
  • Management of Site personnel and equipment.
  • Inspection Quality - Ensure compliance with all Statutory and Company requirements relating to the control, correct use and transportation of radioactive substances and equipment capable of producing ionising radiations.
  • NDT – Ensure NDT carried out to approved procedures; ensure others fulfill required scopes of work to acceptable standards.
  • Notification – ensure prompt notification to the client requirements/requests.
  • Risk Management – Understand operational risk to ensure that Oceaneering are not taking inappropriate risks in executing their work. This requires a good knowledge of HSE acceptable standards and risk management tools.
  • Advise client on Inspection / NDT matters.
  • Monitor site KPI’s ensure compliance.
  • Track work output in line with client requirements.
  • Manage all shutdown requirement and effectively manage overall costs and delivery.
  • Promote Advanced services and new technology.
  • Manage weekly progress, safety, quality, improvement meetings with supervisors and site team.
  • Manage personnel Training requirement.
  • Track Advance services work requests to work completion.

Certification required:

  • Sound knowledge of inspection and non-destructive testing methods.
  • PCNL2 Multiple Certifications (previous or current).
  • CCNSG (or IOSH Managing Safety, or LaTS certificate).

Hours of work:

Monday – Friday, 38 to 40 hours. Shutdown in June, increase hours.
