Oceaneering are looking for ‘NDT ASSISTANTS’ / ‘SITE ASSISTANTS’ for a shutdown on Phillips66, Immingham, DN40 3DW.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the NDT Technicians, performing basic non‑destructive test activities like operations of test equipment.
  • Acting as Scribes for the Ultrasonic Technicians.
  • Assisting the IRIS Tube Inspectors feeding the probes into tubes with appropriate supervision from certified personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Some experience on a COMAH site would be advantageous.
  • Some experience or knowledge of NDT (non‑destructive testing) is advantageous, however not essential.
  • Certification required: CCNSG (or IOSH Managing Safety, or LaTS certificate).

Schedule:

Shutdown starts 22nd APRIL - 2nd MAY 2026. OT is paid after first 40hrs each week. OT1 is paid anything above 40hrs Monday‑Friday and before 12.00 Saturday morning. OT2 is paid after 12.00 Saturday and all Sunday.

Hours of Work:

10 hours per day (9.5 hrs paid).
