Training Administrator will work closely with the Training Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth delivery of training programs and workshops.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate training records and databases.
- Raise purchase orders and coordinate with training providers.
- Maintain training facilities to an acceptable standard.
- Assist in the scheduling of internal and external training courses for site personnel.
- Upload and maintain employee training records into required databases.
- Provide training and competency support to Training Managers as necessary.
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of training sessions and workshops.
- Prepare training materials and resources.
- Communicate with trainers, participants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate training outcomes and provide feedback for improvement.
- Support the development of new training programs and initiatives.
