The Commercial Supervisor plays a crucial role in the Rosyth Bids & Proposals department, reporting to the Commercial Manager. They will oversee a team responsible for creating detailed tender submissions, considering factors such as technical definition, schedule, cost, risk, operational resources, manufacturing capacity, and project loading. This role is key to formulating and executing 'bid win' themes, aligning with customer and market requirements and the company's commercial strategy. The Commercial Supervisor will also foster growth-based relationships with other Oceaneering business units and execution teams, ensuring a collaborative and successful approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Commercial Coordinators team, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality tender submissions.
- Produce robust, accurate, and detailed tender submissions, considering technical, scheduling, cost, and risk factors.
- Support the Sales and Business Development function in formulating and executing 'bid win' themes.
- Address customer-specific requirements and align them with the company's commercial strategy.
- Act as a key interface with Oceaneering business units and execution teams, fostering collaborative relationships.
- Ensure governance and maintain strong communication with the Commercial Manager and Rosyth Senior Management Team.
- Stay updated on market trends and customer needs to inform tender submissions and business strategies.

Qualifications
