Position Summary
Coordinate and supervise on the inspection campaigns workflow from job preparation to deliverables and closeout. Communicate with internal & external parties for smooth & safe execution.
Please note this role is Fixed Term 1 Year
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Client and project management team on inspection scopes.
- Assess inspection scopes and secure the required equipment.
- Technical and logistics support for inspection team offshore.
- Prepare procedures, task plans and other inspection related documentation
- Prepare inspection database and workpacks.
- Monitor the progress of the inspection work.
- QA/QC on all inspection data.
- Reporting and deliverables management
- Data management and backups.
- Capture lessons learned during inspection scopes and implement the required follow-up actions.
- Assist with other departmental tasks when required.

Qualifications
REQUIRED
- Engineering or Science Major
- CWISP 3.4U Underwater Inspection Controller Certificate
- English proficiency
- MS Office
- Subsea Inspection experience
- Supervision experience
- Nexus, Marisoft, Coabis / equivalent inspection software
