Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for market expansion and experience within the Nuclear sector? Grayloc – an Oceaneering company is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Specialist to lead growth initiatives in the global Nuclear market. This is a high-impact role focused on identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, and driving strategic sales initiatives across Grayloc—and where applicable, the broader Oceaneering business.
This role can be based in the UK, Netherlands or Norway and applicants will need to have the appropriate Nuclear sector exposure along with the right to work in the appropriate location.
What You’ll Do
- Lead global business development efforts in the Nuclear sector, identifying new markets and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Conduct market intelligence, SWOT analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Support the implementation of tactical and strategic initiatives, including proposal development, sales forecasting, and market share analysis.
- Represent Grayloc at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings—both domestically and internationally (travel up to 40%).
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years of experience in the Nuclear industry or supplying into the Nuclear market.
- Proven track record in business development and strategic sales planning.
- Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally. (40% +)

- Experience with flange/clamp connection products in oilfield or refinery sectors.
- MBA or advanced business qualifications.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and market analysis tools.
