Position Summary
As a Junior Reliability Engineer, you will work closely with seasoned professional to gain hands-on experience in the development & provision of effective & capable manufacturing processes, by continuing to develop reliability centered maintenance program.
Duties And Responsibilities
Through coaching, training, and mentoring, develop the skills required to:
- Carry out RCM, Involvement in developing reliability cantered maintenance and failure modes
- Report findings and recommend upgrades to maintenance schedules
- Implement mechanical upgrades or changes to processes
- Help develop and implement reliability techniques into the maintenance programme
- Create & maintain documentation to support these activities
- Carry out structured problem solving, fault diagnosis & trouble shooting
- Support the organization’s drive towards excellence in both quality and safety performance
- Undertake any other duties of a reasonable nature as required by Management
- Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems
- Strive for continual development on a technical and personal basis
- Will consistently display required levels of engagement and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude while consistently supporting Oceaneering’s culture of Safety, Quality, ongoing learning, due diligence and continual improvement
Qualifications
Required
- Experience in reliability engineering in rotating equipment and hydraulics
- Knowledge in reliability analysis tools and techniques such as vibration analysis, thermal imaging
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies i.e. thermal imaging, oil sampling, vibration analysis
- Certification in reliability engineering
- Experience with Reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) failure modes and effects
- Computer skills – excel. word
