Position Summary: To assist the Inspection Department with various work processes related to the Inspection business including developing work packs, entering Inspection data and processing Inspection tasks as requested.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Creates piping inspection work packs.
- Creates close visual inspection work packs.
- Creates inspection work requests.
- Inputs data into the PCMS.
- Controls the re-schedule of inspection work requests.
- Data input of inspection work packs.
- Proactively work toward improving systems.
- Follow instructions, responds to management direction.
Non-essential:
- Any other ad-hoc requests as required.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
- Good standard of education and computer literate, Engineering background / qualifications preferred.
- Previous knowledge and experience with database entry and management of systems.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Other Characteristics:
- Experience of accurate entry of data is essential.
- Previous knowledge and experience using engineering databases with database entry and management of systems.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills - to communicate in a professional manner to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Must maintain confidentiality of employees related data and comply with GDPR rules.
- Good knowledge of business concepts, practices and procedures is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in SAP and Track systems would be beneficial.
- Proficient in Excel.
