Overview
Oceaneering are looking for a Data Entry Clerk / Administration Clerk for a long-term contract position based on Phillips66, Immingham, DN40 3DW. The project is 1-2 years, with potential to lead to a permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the NDT Engineering Team to be responsible for work plans, spreadsheets, and related administration.
- Manage data entry and database system tasks as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Very computer literate with experience in database entry and database system management.
- Some experience on a COMAH site would be advantageous, and some experience or knowledge of NDT (non-destructive testing) is advantageous, though not essential.
- Ideally have an engineering background or a strong interest in the industry.
- Knowledge of all Microsoft packages, especially Microsoft Project, would be a huge benefit.
Start Date
Start ASAP.
Certification Required
- CCNSG (or IOSH Managing Safety, or LaTS certificate); this can be taken after the job offer.
