The Senior Survey Instructor plays a crucial role in our organization's training and development efforts.
They are responsible for creating and maintaining survey course curriculums, covering entry-level to advanced topics.
This specialist works closely with key stakeholders, including the Chief Surveyor and Technical Solutions teams, to ensure training materials are up-to-date and aligned with industry needs.
Additionally, they provide hands-on training, conduct vessel visits for system checks, and maintain a shared training calendar to optimize training opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and revise survey course curriculums for entry-level, intermediate, and advanced learners.

- Write technical and user manuals to support training programs.
