b Overview /b p As Equipment Coordinator for Survey Subsea Sensors, you will manage onshore preparation, inspection, maintenance, calibration, repair and mobilization of asset equipment. You support GEO and S P operations with increasing autonomy under the Equipment Lead, ensuring readiness and compliance across surface GNSS, subsea acoustics, AUV/ROV sensors and related gear. Your role links cross-functional teams to sustain reliable equipment performance and safety standards. You will drive asset control, troubleshooting and training to enable efficient field operations. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Manage equipment inventory and asset records (utilising PeopleSoft/URSA) /li li Coordinate inspection, maintenance, calibration, repairs and troubleshooting to ensure readiness /li li Plan and support mobilization/demobilization for field operations across multiple teams /li li Coordinate domestic/international equipment movements and related logistics /li li Collaborate with SCM, suppliers and service providers to source parts and services; manage requisitions and part numbers /li li Verify compliance with company, client, industry and regulatory requirements; escalate gaps /li li Support inspections, audits and corrective actions within the quality system /li li Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to field teams and stakeholders /li li Deliver equipment-use and safety training; coordinate cross-training across CNAV, GEO and S P /li li Act as power user and trainer for asset-management systems (URSA) /li li Maintain workshop SOPs, forms and checklists for Equipment activities /li li Raise and support closure of non-conformances and preventive actions per QMS /li li Oversee maintenance programmes for equipment records (PeopleSoft and OMS) /li li Coordinate intercompany and third-party equipment rentals and regional/global needs /li li Promote safe handling and adherence to HSE requirements /li li Undertake other duties aligned with role scope /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Minimum 3 years in equipment management within oil and gas; experience with survey, subsea or tooling equipment /li li Strong organizational/logistical skills; proficient with Survey Subsea Sensors equipment /li li Good communication and problem-solving abilities; articulate in writing and speech /li li Computer literacy for interfacing with company/management systems /li li Able to work independently and in teams; fast-paced environment adaptability /li li Physical ability for manual labor, lifting, heights and variable conditions /li li Ability to meet company and client certification standards; commitment to HSE and quality programs /li li Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset; ability to convey complex information clearly /li /ul ul li Strong communication and interpersonal skills /li li Problem-solving and analytical thinking /li li Teamwork and ability to work independently /li li Proficiency with Survey Subsea Sensors equipment /li li URSA asset-management system /li li PeopleSoft /li /ul
