Responsible for the planning, execution and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget of the Harvest Ave, Dyce Workshop.
This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party vendors to deliver projects according to plan.
The Project Coordinator will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout life cycle.

Required-Extensive knowledge of Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical systems used in an offshore/ subsea environment, (ROV Systems and ROV Tooling)Proficient in understanding Engineering drawings, processes and procedures Excellent communication skills Excellent organisational skills Desired-Extensive experience in generating detailed as well as high level quotations Extensive knowledge of ROV systems and Tooling assembly, maintenance, repair and overhaul operations Project management qualification, (PMQ) or the ability to obtain Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 experience ESSENTIALAttend demob meeting with Service Excellence.
Assist Service Excellence, with “incoming inspection” of ROV/ ROV Tooling assets.
Prepare budget and detailed report, and present findings, (damage etc.) to Service Excellence.
This includes budget for R&M, resource plan and completion date Once workscope is agreed with Service Excellence, keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks to scope and budgetary changes required.
Inform Service Excellence of progress, risks to scope and budgetary changes required.
Seek approval for deviations to original work scope, budget and schedule.
Provide continuous formal feedback to Service Excellence and stakeholders on status through maintenance cycle.
Create, maintain, and update project schedule.
Create, maintain, and update action registers as required for various work scopes.
Create and maintain KPI to measure accuracy of initial assessment/s.
Maintain asset demobilisation OTD KPI for ROV assets, (14 days) Organize and conduct in process project reviews and after-action reviews as needed.
Coordinate system “walk-abouts” with all stakeholders during maintenance cycle and prior to hand-over to quality and SCM.
Coordinate close-out meetings with all stakeholders to present best practice, lessons learned and opportunities for improvement in regard to efficiency drives etc.
Work directly with quality and engineering departments to exchange ideas, information, or offer technical advice on project matters.
Work together with functional teams to improve processes and solve issues related to the Workshop scope(s).
Ensure all working procedures, practices and systems are followed.
Assure all assigned projects are conducted in a safe and professional manner adhering to company procedures, policies, and internal and local standards.
