The Manager, Engineering will play a pivotal role in overseeing the engineering team's daily operations and strategic initiatives. They will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the team's alignment with company goals, and driving innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of engineering principles, and the ability to manage complex projects. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other CharacteristicsExtensive experience in engineering and design within the energy industry.Strong understanding of engineering principles, project execution methodologies and offshore operations.Comprehensive knowledge of relevant engineering regulations, standards and legislative requirements.Demonstrable experience leading and developing multidisciplinary engineering and design teams.Proven ability to manage engineering activities through Concept, FEED, Detailed Design, Fabrication and Construction phases.Experience managing engineering scope, deliverables, resources, priorities and technical interfaces.Strong technical problem-solving, decision-making and risk-management capabilities.Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.Experience developing and managing engineering teams, including competency, performance and professional development.Experience identifying and implementing improvements to engineering processes and ways of working, including digital transformation initiatives.Awareness of commercial and project-delivery considerations relevant to engineering activities.Working knowledge of relevant engineering, design and project-management tools and systems.Ability to prepare and deliver technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders.How to Apply:We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to advance in an international company.
