We are currently seeking Rope Access Level 2 and Level 3 Technicians with PCN Level 2 Eddy Current certification for an upcoming Ad Hoc temporary workscope.
Role: Rope Access L2/L3 with PCN Level 2 Eddy Current
Duration: 3 Weeks
Scope: Ad Hoc / Temporary Workscope
Start: Immediate availability required
Responsibilities:
- Perform eddy current inspections in accordance with approved procedures, client specifications, and industry standards.
- Carry out rope access activities safely and efficiently in line with IRATA guidelines.
- Inspect, assess, and report on the condition of offshore/onshore assets and structures.
- Accurately record inspection findings and support the preparation of inspection reports.
- Ensure all inspection equipment is maintained, calibrated, and fit for purpose.
- Adhere to all site-specific HSE policies, procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
- Participate in pre-job briefings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
- Work collaboratively with the inspection and operations teams to deliver the workscope safely and on schedule.
- Identify and report any defects, anomalies, or safety concerns to supervisors and client representatives.
- Maintain valid certification, training, and competency requirements throughout the assignment.
- Support additional NDT and inspection activities within competency levels as required by the project.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Valid IRATA Level 2 or Level 3 certification
- PCN Level 2 Eddy Current qualification (essential)
- Offshore certification and medicals valid and in date (if applicable)
- Available to mobilise on 6th August
- Ability to commit to the full 3-week scope
