We are seeking a motivated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. This full-time role is primarily based in our Wickham branch, with flexibility to work from our Chandler’s Ford office when required. Weekend availability is essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable travel professional to manage the full customer journey, from initial enquiry through to booking. You will use your expertise to match clients with the most suitable cruise and holiday products from our trusted suppliers, delivering a high standard of service and a seamless booking experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients in selecting and booking cruise and holiday packages
- Recommend suitable products from a range of trusted cruise lines and tour operators
- Provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and travel options
- Achieve sales and performance targets in line with company expectations
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complex situations with professionalism and care
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in cruise sales or as a travel agent
- Strong knowledge and proven experience within the cruise sector
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner
- A genuine passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer service
- Starting salary of £25,000 per year, with potential for a higher salary depending on experience
- 5% commission on business commission
