- Support the COO on strategic and operational projects, from commercial and legal work to events and new-hire onboarding
- Organise internal and external meetings, team offsites and client events
- Welcome clients, partners and guests as the first point of contact in the office
- Manage office logistics, suppliers, building management and basic IT support
What we’re looking for
- At least 5 years’ experience as an EA, Office Manager or in a similar role
- Highly organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail
- You take ownership and see things through, and you ask questions rather than assume
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Warm and approachable, the kind of person who makes people feel welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bonus: experience in financial markets, strong numeracy, or familiarity with Canva, Adobe or Monday.com
