This isn’t just about communication—it’s about influence, integrity, and impact. You’ll help steer projects from the earliest stages, ensuring that stakeholder voices are heard, complex interests are managed, and meaningful dialogue leads to better outcomes.

- Significant senior-level experience in stakeholder engagement and public consultation
- Experience working on nationally significant or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Understanding of public sector structures, political processes, and relevant consultation legislation
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing teams and nurturing talent
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to contribute to bidding, budgeting, and project delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across diverse audiences
The Offer
- Salary starting from £70,000 (depending on experience)
- Generous benefits package
- Opportunities for career progression in a values-led, growing consultancy
