OSC works with a diverse range of clients, including Defense, Oil Experience in Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Consulting, including project scoping, data analysis, and preparation of technical documentation; Proficiency in Report Writing and communicating complex environmental information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences; Knowledge of logistics, Environmental Compliance, relevant marine regulations, and industry standards, with experience supporting clients in meeting regulatory obligations; Degree in Marine Science, Environmental Science, Ecology, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification is advantageous; Experience working in marine or coastal environments, ideally with exposure to marine mammal mitigation or offshore industries; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on-site and collaborate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders; Competence with relevant software tools (e.g., GIS, data analysis packages) and willingness to engage in ongoing professional development; Good ethics, morals, and principles essential.
