This is for the player-coach who still loves to sell.
You’ll lead a small, capable business development team selling compliance and technology solutions to clients across financial services from hedge funds and private markets to fintechs and wealth managers.
You’ll set the tone, pace, and energy of the team. You’ll lead by example, managing your own pipeline while helping others sharpen theirs. You’ll be trusted to shape strategy, define metrics, and drive consistent revenue growth with the support of a senior leadership team that values autonomy over micromanagement.
If you’re a hands-on commercial leader who gets energy from both closing deals and developing people, this is your chance to make a real mark.
What you’ll be doing
- Coaching and motivating a small sales team
- Personally managing and converting your own pipeline of high-value deals.
- Setting clear activity and revenue metrics and leading by example in hitting them.
- Building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and referral partners.
- Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Consulting to align pipeline and delivery.
- Bringing structure, accountability, and commercial discipline to a growing function.
You’ll fit right in if…
- You’ve got a track record of selling B2B services within financial services, consulting, or compliance.
- You’re ready for leadership but you still enjoy doing the work yourself.
- You believe in clear metrics, consistent habits, and holding yourself to the same standards you expect of others.
- You’re credible with senior stakeholders, but easy to work with.
- You’re someone people genuinely want to follow sharp, humble, and kind.
Why this company?
You’ll join a certified Great Place to Work that lives its values.
It’s a culture that values performance and personality. You’ll have freedom to lead your way, space to grow, and leadership who back you to succeed.
