The Role: Do you want to work in a role where you’ll become a strategic partner to some of the world’s most sophisticated energy and commodities trading firms? This fast-growing B2B SaaS business is redefining how global trading firms manage credit, market, liquidity, and regulatory risk — with a platform trusted by Tier 1 players across Europe, the U.S., and Asia. As Client Success Manager, you’ll report directly to the Head of Client Success and take full ownership of client relationships — driving product adoption, retention, and growth. You’ll serve as the go-to point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring they get maximum value from the platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Support, and Delivery — acting as the client’s voice internally while managing expectations externally. The role is hybrid with a London HQ — typically 2–3 days per week in the office (Tues–Thurs), depending on client meetings and team collaboration.
What makes you a great fit:
- You’ve worked in Customer Success, Account Management (Technical), or Professional Services within B2B SaaS — ideally with enterprise clients

- You know how to speak to senior stakeholders — from Heads of Risk to CTOs
- You’re proactive, organised, and always looking to deliver value
- You’re confident handling onboarding, training, renewals, and expansion conversations
- You thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments where no two days are the same
