Vendor Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for external application vendors and System Integrators (SIs). Manage their delivery timelines, review technical architectures, and ensure vendor deliverables meet internal quality and compliance standards.

System Execution & Implementation: Actively drive system development, configuration, and implementation tasks. Translate business requirements into robust technical briefs for vendors and see them through to successful deployment.

Interface Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Actively monitor data flows and system interfaces between the POS platforms and peripheral systems (ERP, CRM, Ticketing). Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve integration bottlenecks, data mismatches, or system failures.

System Ownership & Support: Serve as the primary internal technical expert for the Retail POS and F&B POS platforms, executing advanced troubleshooting alongside vendors when critical issues arise.

Governance & Monthly Reviews: Host and lead monthly system review meetings with internal business units and external vendors/Sls to track SLA compliance, system health, and project delivery timelines.

User Administration & Audit Compliance: Handle user access management and independently execute tasks, documentation, and technical evidence required for internal and external audits.

Testing & SDLC Lifecycle: Apply strong SDLC knowledge to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), formulate test cases, and oversee smooth deployment cycles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst, with a proven track record of successful system delivery in the Retail, F&B, or Hospitality industries
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience supporting, configuring, and deploying Retail and F&B POS systems
  • Proven ability to monitor and troubleshoot system interfaces (APIs, ETL, Web Services)
  • Solid experience in working with different business stakeholders
  • Well versed in collecting user requirements, streamlining & defining processes and preparing documentations
  • Experience tracking vendor/Sl deliverables and ensuring adherence to project scopes
  • Strong technical skills for SQL querying, data analysis, log checking, and troubleshooting
  • Solid knowledge of the SDLC and Project Management principles
  • Proficiency in using Al tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate documentation, scripting, or data analysis
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organization skills; proven ability to work independently
  • A good team player, proactive, self-motivated and committed to quality work
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
