Short Term / Seasonal Part Time Landscaping Supervisor
The incumbent will work closely with the Senior Supervisor to execute the landscape strategy assigned by Department Managers. Responsibilities include delivering work to the team to support park events and enhance overall show value. The role involves maintaining the Animal Browse for animal food stock and supporting the supervision of routine landscape maintenance duties, including watering, weeding, pesticide application, fertilizing, and general plant care. A key focus will be placed on nursery operations, encompassing plant propagation, inventory management, daily operational oversight, and the optimization of production processes for efficiency and quality. Additionally, the incumbent will collaborate with colleagues to upkeep the Sustainable Garden within the park premises and provide strategic support for other zonal duties in accordance with the Landscaping Office's manpower allocation.
Requirements
- With 7 year hands-on experience in Landscaping, Garden Maintenance or Agriculture is required.
- With at least 4-year experience in supervising frontline Gardening staff and work effectively with others.
- Solid Experienced in Gardening Machinery Operation and skills in fixing gardening tools. 4. Comprehensive knowledge in gardening management, fertilization & Integrated pest management.
- Good communication skills, coordination work within team, and among departments.
- Report to work in early morning. Capable to work on weekends and public holidays preferred.
