The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

Reporting to the Assistant Events & Entertainment Director, the incumbent will be responsible for all events at Water World and will support the OP 50th Anniversary celebration event during the off season. The incumbent will also be responsible for the following job tasks:

  • Manage the overall project schedule, resources and maintain the best show quality of the events
  • Prepare the tender packages for all show related subjects
  • Assist the Assistant Events & Entertainment Director to manage all the matters related to events team
  • Provide guidance and direction to the production team during the production process
  • Monitor the fabrication installation and operation of the event
  • Support other ad-hoc events which are assigned by the Assistant Events & Entertainment Director

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in theatrical, event management or related subject is preferred
  • At least 6-8 years’ solid experience in entertainment business or project management
  • Strong connections with local vendors related to the business is an advantage
  • Familiar with the park’s seasonal event operations and standards is an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Willing to work on night shifts and during weekends and public holidays
