Supervision of the daily operations of Main Entrance Operations Department including entrance’s guest flow, on-site ticket and pass sales, admission control and car park fee collection so as to ensure smooth, efficient and orderly operations with high service and safety standard.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder, university graduate is preferable, with 4 years ticketing / guest services experience
- Experience in counter operations and cash handling
- Experience in preparation of sales, attendance and revenue reports
- Knowledge in operation of automated ticketing and admission system is preferable
- Good command of English and Cantonese and Putonghua
- Willing to work outdoor and on weekends
