Supervision of the daily operations of Main Entrance Operations Department including entrance’s guest flow, on-site ticket and pass sales, admission control and car park fee collection so as to ensure smooth, efficient and orderly operations with high service and safety standard.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder, university graduate is preferable, with 4 years ticketing / guest services experience
  • Experience in counter operations and cash handling
  • Experience in preparation of sales, attendance and revenue reports
  • Knowledge in operation of automated ticketing and admission system is preferable
  • Good command of English and Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Willing to work outdoor and on weekends
