The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

Ensure the highest standard of cleanliness, safety, health and environmental matters by following and enforcing the best practice regarding cleaning, pest control, chemical usage, recycling and waste disposal and any other environmental actions.

Arrange and manage deep cleaning and drainage cleaning for all areas in the Park and executive inventory/stock take activities in order to ensure efficient stock remains on hand at all times.

Assist to review and review Department processes, policies and procedures and ensure the performance standards are being implemented and maintained.

Lead a team and provide job trainings, manage daily attendance, task performance and personal development plans.

Requirements:
  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • With at least 2 years’ operational experience in property management, service, hospitality or leisure industry, preferably at supervisory capacity
  • Able to work independently and deal with complexity
  • Computer literacy in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Willing to work outdoors, overnight, and on shifts, including weekends and public holidays

For candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager / Area Manager.
