This position is essential to support the large amount of administration works including but not limited to budget planning, agreement writing, human resources matters, procurement and records. The role of this position is also providing clerical support to curatorial team and operation team in all ZOW facilities. He/She also helps to coordinate with other departments and outsiders for all daily administrative activities so as to ensure all the animals under our facilities are in good care.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business Management / Secretaries Studies or related disciplines
- At least 6 years’ experience in clerical and office administration support
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua speaking is preferable
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Familiar with the park’s different operating system, such as SAP, Kronos and ZIMS, etc. is an added advantage
- Responsible, well organized, detail-oriented enthusiastic and be a good team player
- Good communication with interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to apply problem solving approaches and tools under a variety of situations and conditions
- Demonstrated knowledge in animal operations such as animal transport logistics and planning, import/export and relevant formalities
