The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The incumbent will be responsible for handling frontline staff onboarding, training logistics planning refinement and implementation. S/he will be familiarized with divisional and departmental visions, missions, park theming, policies, SOPS and contingency planning, so as to correctly pass on to the team in the future. S/he will obtain certifications for all essential credential trainings, and especially advancing to instructor/trainer level. Moreover, s/he will cope with the sourcing and procurement process and setup of necessities for daily operation routines, planning and execution for all operational activation activities.
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary Education or equivalent
- With 4 years of operations work experience in service/aquatic recreation field, of which at least 2 years in supervisory capacity
- Be in good physical condition 20/25 vision, corrected or uncorrected
- Proficient in swimming Pool Lifeguard Award or above issued by Hong Kong Life Saving Society (must be obtained in probationary period)
- Aquatic First Aid Certificate issued by Hong Kong Life Saving Society (must be obtained in probationary period)
- First Aid Certificate and AED Provider Certificate issued by Hong Kong St. John Ambulance Association or other recognized authority (must be obtained in probationary period)
