You’ll join our tight knit, commercially savvy crew to support the development, planning and execution of client campaigns. You’ll use your expertise of the Ocean network, plus your strategic nous to support the development and delivery of compelling propositions and proposals.
The Planning and Investment Account Director is a 12 month maternity cover contract. It will play a defining role in working with Out Of Home specialists on incoming briefs, proactive pitches, trading deals and building relationships. As Account Director you will set standards of excellence and work closely with our wider sales team. Using our core values, you will help lead the team to tell the Ocean story to our clients and reach our sales goals.
Working as part of Ocean Sales to support our growth trajectory across all key client markets.
- Understand and communicate our product proposition, technology, award-winning research, and partnerships, in relation to client needs.
- Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities to drive growth across target clients and segments.
- Motivate and empower colleagues to deliver consistent YoY growth on brand count and average client spend, through a client-first approach.
- Act as an Ocean Ambassador, selling our products and capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and other teams to plan, deliver, and capture external and internal campaigns across our estate portfolio.
- Accurate Measurement & Reporting; pipeline and portfolio development KPIs, ongoing campaign monitoring and pre/post-delivery analysis, budget, forecasting and ROI measurement.
- Work with revenue management and finance team to ensure accurate campaign delivery and booking confirmations, resolving invoice queries where necessary.
- Competently navigate and maintain relevant sales systems and monitoring platforms.
- Coaching and Mentoring: as a senior member of the team, you’ll use your expertise to ensure our teams are the best versions of themselves.
- Attention to detail; you’ll seek to drive best practices for our processes and services.
