  • Assist with customer profiling, analysis, and segmentation to support targeted communications and business insights.
  • Support internal research projects by collecting, verifying, and analysing multiple datasets to identify key trends and patterns.
  • Provide first-line support for data queries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems when required.
  • Promote good data governance practices and ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection standards.
Core, day-to-day functions:
  • Assist the Head of Data in managing and maintaining the organisation’s data warehouse, ensuring all data remains accurate, secure, and up to date.
  • Run regular (daily/weekly) validation checks to monitor data quality, identify anomalies, and correct inconsistencies.
  • Research, source, and update new data lists to ensure contact information and organisational records remain current and comprehensive.
  • Responding to internal data requests, preparing extracts, reports, and insights for teams such as Marketing, Conference Production and Sales.
  • Monitor data access and usage to maintain data security and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of data standards, procedures, and policies to help embed a strong data-driven culture across the organisation.
