The QA Advisor is a full-time role based in the Aberdeen, Stavanger or Oslo. The QA Advisor will support and improve quality assurance processes for offshore and subsea projects, ensuring compliance with company standards, client requirements, and relevant regulations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and reviewing project quality plans, conducting internal and external audits, analysing quality data, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The role will collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and HSE personnel to drive continuous improvement in quality management systems and documentation.

The QA Advisor will also contribute to training and guidance on quality procedures to promote a strong quality culture across the organisation.

The QA Advisor should:

  • Have a srong foundation in Quality Assurance and Quality Management, with experience applying these principles in project-based or technical environments.
  • Be proficiency in Quality Control practices, including inspection, verification, and documentation of project deliverables.
  • Have experience with Quality Auditing, including planning, executing, and reporting on internal and supplier audits.
  • Posses well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting quality data, identifying trends, and recommending improvement actions.
  • Educated in engineering, quality management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in offshore, subsea, marine construction, or energy sector projects is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements for offshore and subsea operations is an advantage.
