We are looking for a talented Discipline Manager in Planning, who wants to be part of something bigger. If you’re ready to grow with a people‑first company, we’d love to have you onboard.
What we can offer you:- Act as the single point of contact for planning and scheduling across all regions, ensuring all activities follow relevant standards and specifications.
- Develop and improve planning competencies, methods, processes, and tools, while mentoring and supporting Junior Planners.
- Provide timely, fit‑for‑purpose planning support for tenders, studies, and projects, and challenge client requirements when necessary.
- Lead, guide, and develop discipline members, including performance appraisals, goal‑setting, and participation in recruitment.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment internally and externally.
- Create and maintain project and tender schedules, identifying long‑lead and critical items, and coordinating with operational/support units for accurate cost and progress data.
- Prepare schedule updates and management reports, monitor project progress, identify critical activities, and review forecasts.
- Ensure contractors deliver resource‑loaded schedules at agreed intervals and analyse Daily Progress Reports during offshore execution.
- Update and maintain the Global Vessel Schedule.

- Detail‑oriented leader with proven capability to guide and support teams effectively.
- Strong commercial and contractual mindset, paired with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
