Ocean Infinity is seeking a Finance Systems Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance our core finance and procurement systems.

This role will be responsible for the day to day administration of key platforms including Net Suite, Planning & Budgeting (NSPB), Salesforce, Flex, Yokoy, and Egencia, while also supporting the delivery of strategic transformation projects across Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management.

The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Procurement, IT, and other business teams to ensure systems are reliable, well-controlled, and continuously improved to meet business needs.

What you will do

  • Finance Systems Administration
  • Administer and maintain key finance and procurement systems, including Net Suite, NSPB, Salesforce, Yokoy, and Egencia.
  • Monitor, maintain, and update approval workflows, user roles, permissions, system configurations, and master data as required.
  • Support day-to-day system operations, ensuring platforms remain stable, accurate, and fit for purpose.
  • Investigate and resolve system issues, errors, and user queries in a timely manner.
  • Manage and respond to queries received via the Finance and Procurement mailbox.
  • Support month-end, and year-end finance processes from a systems perspective.
  • Solution Design and Implementation
  • Support the design, testing, and implementation of system changes and process improvements.
  • Contribute to existing and future transformation initiatives, including Finance Transformation, Supply Chain Transformation (Including WMS) and Project Management Transformation.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
  • Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing, documentation, and training materials.
  • Help ensure new processes and system changes are properly controlled, documented, and embedded across the business.
  • Process Improvement and Controls
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve finance and procurement processes.
  • Ensure system workflows and approval processes align with internal controls and business policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system processes, configurations, and changes.
  • Support audits by providing relevant system information, reports, and evidence where required.
  • Stakeholder Support
  • Act as a key point of contact for finance systems-related questions and support requests.
  • Build strong working relationships with Finance, Procurement, IT, and operational teams.
  • Provide clear communication to users on system changes, issue resolution, and best practice usage.
  • Support training and knowledge-sharing to improve user confidence and adoption.

Who you are

  • Experience administering finance, ERP, procurement, or business systems.
  • Hands on experience with Net Suite
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, workflows, and reporting requirements.
  • Experience supporting system changes, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and respond effectively to user queries.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and change control.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across day-to-day support and project delivery.

Desirable

  • Experience with NSPB, Salesforce, Yokoy, Flex or Egencia.
  • Experience with WMS or comparable Warehouse Management Systems
  • Experience supporting finance transformation, procurement transformation, supply chain transformation, or project management transformation.
  • Experience with Javascript
  • Experience with systems integrations using middleware (Celigo or Boomi)
  • Understanding of approval workflows, role-based access, integrations, and system controls.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
  • Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, saved searches, or system-based analytics.

Salary for this position

up to £50,000 per annum
