About the Role
Ocean Infinity is seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented F P & A Manager to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering the consolidation reporting for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Group annual budgeting, multi-year planning, and rolling forecasting processes in alignment with strategic requirements.
- Consolidate management results across all entities monthly.
- Deliver high-quality management reporting, financial insights, and performance analysis for review by senior leaders and the board.
- Partner with commercial and operational leaders to challenge assumptions, improve performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Build complex finance models to determine future growth and benefits for the company.
- Drive the transformation of FP&A processes through improved tooling, automation, and driver-based planning approaches.
- Work closely with the Business unit partners to ensure accurate timely month end reporting.
- Manage financial information flow between Group and entities, confidentiality levels.
- Lead and support a team.
Qualifications
- Hold an accounting qualification CIMA/ACCA/ACA.
- Experience in consolidations, financial analysis, ideally within a complex, multi-project environment.
- Cashflow experience desirable.
- Experience working with ERP systems — NetSuite experience is preferred but not essential.
- Advanced Excel skills and a strong aptitude for working with data and financial models.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactively organised, and comfortable with ambiguity and evolving systems.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, willingness to take ownership and see issues through to resolution, balancing commercial and operational considerations.
- Experience in the maritime, offshore, engineering, or complex services sectors is highly advantageous — familiarity with Ocean Infinity’s business model or similar operations is a strong plus.
Salary: The salary varies for this position as we are recruiting in multiple regional locations and job grades. The salary process is based on skills, abilities, and experience required.
