- Maintain accurate general ledger records for assigned legal entities, ensuring timely month-end close in line with group deadlines;

- Review postings made by outsourced providers (e.g. PwC) and follow up on queries or corrections;
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items proactively;
- Support preparation of statutory accounts and audit requests for legal entities;
- Ensure tax and regulatory compliance (e.g. VAT filings, corporate tax coordination) with support from central finance and external advisors;
- Liaise with the group finance team to ensure consistency in coding, policy application, and reporting across entities;
- Maintain a thorough audit trail and documentation of financial transactions and decisions;
- Assist with the integration of NetSuite modules and help transition manual processes into the system;
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support for projects, cost tracking, and internal reporting.
Who You Are
- Part-qualified accountant (AAT / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) or qualified by experience;
- 1–3 years’ experience in financial accounting or audit support;
- Understanding of general ledger principles, reconciliations, and financial close process;
- Strong Excel skills; experience with NetSuite or similar ERP is desirable;
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable with ambiguity and evolving systems;
- Willingness to take ownership and see issues through to resolution;
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively across departments and regions;
- Keen to grow with the business and develop professionally in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
