Ocean Infinity is seeking a HR Operations Coordinator for a 6 month fixed term contract to support operational stability through a period of transformation by delivering high-quality, consistent HR operational support, ensuring all employee lifecycle processes run smoothly and in compliance with policy and legislation. Supporting all general HR queries, partnering closely with the HR Ops Lead and HR Advisors/HR Business Partners to provide an excellent employee experience.
What will you do:
- Coordinate onboarding activities (documentation, system setup, induction scheduling).
- Process contractual changes, promotions, and transfers accurately and on time.
- Administer offboarding and exit processes, including system updates and checklist coordination.
- Manage HR processes and queries through Workday Help, ensuring progress within SLAs and escalating appropriately.
- Maintain accurate HR data in Workday and other systems where appropriate.
- Ensure operational activity is completed in line with documented policies and guidance, escalating exceptions appropriately.
- Support audit readiness.
- Work closely with HR Ops Lead and HR Advisors to deliver seamless HR operations.
- Support continuous improvement, automation, and simplification initiatives by highlighting repeat issues and process gaps.
Who you are:
- Experience in HR administration or HR operations, ideally in a fast‐paced environment.
- Comfortable using HR systems (Workday experience strongly preferred).
- Highly organised, detail‐driven, and confident managing transactional workload.
- Able to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines.
- Clear and professional communicator.
- Confident using technology to support operational efficiency.
Salary: Up to £35k pro rata. The salary varies for this position as we are recruiting in multiple regional locations and job grades. The salary process is based on skills, abilities, and experience required.
