Ocean Infinity is seeking to strengthen and grow its Commercial team with talented, knowledgeable and entrepreneurial/self-starter Business Development Managers. This is a strategic position that plays a key role in driving new business across one or more of our core service lines—subsea inspection, geophysical and geotechnical survey, AUV operations, USV operations, and vessel chartering—depending on the candidate’s background and network. You will work closely with the Head of Business Development and collaborate cross-functionally across Ocean Infinity’s global teams to identify, develop, and close commercial opportunities that align with our growth ambitions.
Role Key Focus Areas:
- Proven track record of excelling with challenging sales, in terms of new concepts, technologies and solutions;
- Strong network and familiarity with one or more of the following areas: subsea inspections, geophysical/geotechnical surveys, AUV/ROV operations, vessel chartering, or uncrewed surface vessels (USVs);
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of an organization;
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Competent with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM systems;
