Ocean Infinity is seeking two Talent Acquisition Partners to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering specialist hiring across our global business. These are hands-on, full-cycle recruitment roles with real influence. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and functional leaders to deliver against business priorities across multiple disciplines and geographies.
We are hiring for two distinct focus areas:
- London (Technology) – supporting hiring across our Technology division. Salary: up to £70,000 per annum;
- Southampton (Data Services/Maritime Assets) – supporting hiring across our maritime / offshore operations. Salary: up to £50,000 per annum.
Both positions require a minimum of 2 days per week in the respective offices.
What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units and international locations.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, build hiring plans, and run effective recruitment processes.
- Source and engage high-quality talent using a mix of proactive sourcing, networks, ATS pipelines, and external platforms.
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
- Support employer branding activity (job adverts, careers content, social media).
- Manage the offer process end-to-end, including benchmarking, preparing offers, and handling negotiations.
- Track and report on key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline health).
- Support process improvement, hiring tools (including ATS), and workforce planning initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across regions, ensuring local compliance and cultural alignment.
- Stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
Role focus:
- London – Technology – Focus on hiring across engineering, software, infrastructure, and wider technology functions. Partner with technical stakeholders and leadership to support scaling of the tech organisation. Strong emphasis on proactive sourcing and pipelining in competitive markets.
- Southampton – Data Services/Maritime Assets – Focus on hiring across offshore, subsea, survey, and vessel-based roles transitioning to onshore/ROC environments. Work closely with operations, crewing, and delivery teams. Understanding of offshore / maritime structures, rotations, or asset-based hiring is highly beneficial.
Who you are:
- Proven experience as an in-house recruiter, talent partner, or agency recruiter.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions (e.g. tech, operations, engineering, commercial, finance).
- Comfortable managing international hiring across different regions and time zones.
- Strong stakeholder management skills – able to challenge and influence where needed.
- Confident sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience using ATS and modern recruitment tooling.
- Focused on candidate experience, quality, and efficiency.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach.
Desirable:
- Experience in technology or maritime / offshore industries (depending on role applied for).
- Familiarity with Workable and/or Workday.
Salary: The salary varies for this position as we are recruiting in multiple regional locations and job grades. The salary process is based on skills, abilities, and experience required.
