Main responsibilities:
- Provide general assistance to the Charter Managers in our offices across Europe.
- Assist with travel arrangements and diary management.
- Maintain data on the company CRM on behalf of the Charter Managers, including enquiry logs, yacht reviews, address records, yacht data records etc.
- Prepare charter marketing documents for CA yachts as requested, including industry charter announcements, PDF photo brochures, show specifications, crew profiles, menus, itineraries etc.
- Maintain yacht document files for CA yachts as directed by the Charter Fleet Manager and Charter Managers.
- Assist in replying quickly to enquiries for CA yachts as requested by the Charter Managers, including any details of delivery/redelivery fees etc.
- Process and monitor charter payments using the company CRM and in communication with the Finance Team.
- Assist in promoting CA yachts for yacht shows and participate in the organisation and administration of yacht shows, and when requested, attend yacht shows or events.
- When requested, support the Market Intelligence and Marketing Support Team with updates to the company CRM.
- Support the UK Group Director with any specific office duties.
