Ocean Independence is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Charter to lead our international Charter Team. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership, team development, client focus, and operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategy: Develop and implement client-focused initiatives, improve team performance, and align with company goals
- Team Leadership: Guide, support, and manage Charter Consultants & Managers; handle recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and training
- Client & Business Development: Resolve disputes, represent the department externally, and help attract top talent and high-value clients
- Operations: Oversee budgets, processes, internal tools, and ensure smooth cross-department collaboration
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and KPIs to the CCO and C-Level; maintain accurate records
