We are now looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of our residential developments across Cornwall and Devon. As Senior Site Manager, you will play a key leadership role across one or more developments, taking full responsibility for site performance, quality, safety, programme and budget.

You’ll:

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of residential developments, ensuring homes are built safely, on programme and to specification
  • Champion the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance
  • Manage and motivate site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners
  • Act as a visible leader on site, supporting, mentoring and developing other Site Managers
  • Work collaboratively with Commercial, Sales and Customer Care teams to deliver an excellent customer journey
  • Maintain strong relationships with inspectors, stakeholders and warranty providers (NHBC / Premier)
  • Monitor progress, manage budgets and build releases, and drive continuous improvement

This is a senior, trusted role where your experience and judgement will directly influence outcomes and reputation.

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to hear from individuals who bring strong leadership, technical expertise and a people-first mindset.

You’ll need:

  • Proven experience at Site Manager / Senior Site Manager level on large, sales-led residential developments
  • In-depth knowledge of housebuilding, building regulations, H&S and NHBC standards
  • Experience managing teams, contractors and multiple stakeholders
  • SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Manager Card and relevant construction qualifications
  • Confidence managing budgets, programmes and customer expectations
  • A calm, resilient and solutions-focused approach

Experience with timber frame, traditional build and mentoring other managers would be an advantage.
