Training & Qualification
You’ll work towards a Level 3 Qualification in Housing & Property Management, delivered online by The Apprentice Academy. Topics include:
- Health & Safety
- Risk Assessments
- Leases & Licences
- Data Protection & Common Law
- History of Social Housing
- Tenancy Agreements
- EPCs, Private Landlords, Listed Buildings & more!
Career Progression
This apprenticeship could be your stepping stone to a permanent role in Housing and Property Management.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Understanding of Health & Safety and Duty of Care
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
Desirable:
- Experience in office environments
- Awareness or lived experience of social housing
Personal Qualities:
- Team player with great communication skills
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
- Confident using IT systems
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
Qualifications:
Level 2 Key Skills in Literacy & Numeracy (or equivalent)
