We're looking for an enthusiastic and community-focused Tenant Voice and Engagement Co-ordinator to help create meaningful opportunities for tenants to influence services, share their experiences, and make a real difference in their communities.

What you will be doing:
- Working closely with the Senior Tenant Voice and Engagement Co-ordinator to support the delivery of a wide range of tenant engagement activities and initiatives.
- Coordinating tenant involvement activities, events, meetings and engagement sessions.
- Supporting programmes that encourage tenant participation in service design and decision-making.
- Gathering feedback from tenants and sharing insights to help improve services.
- Assisting with newsletters, digital communications and engagement campaigns.
- Supporting digital engagement through surveys, online forums and virtual meetings.
- Building positive relationships with tenants, community groups and partner organisations.
- Maintaining accurate records, databases and engagement reports.
- Helping ensure compliance with GDPR and relevant policies and procedures.
We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable and genuinely passionate about engaging with people.
You will bring:
- Essential A Level or equivalent Level 3 qualification.
- Experience supporting events, projects, community activities or customer-focused services.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering positive outcomes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A methodical approach with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, tenants and stakeholders.
- An understanding of GDPR and data protection principles.
- A commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
Desirable:
- Experience within social housing or working alongside community organisations.
- Experience engaging with tenants, residents or service users.
- Qualifications in community development, housing or a related field.
- A creative approach to communications and engagement activities.
- Understanding of customer feedback or complaints processes.
