As a Personal Travel Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for VIP travelers, curating tailor‑made itineraries that redefine luxury. As a Personal Travel Manager, you will be creating relationships with your clients based on providing exceptional customer service within a customer-facing role in our retail store; always going the extra mile to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the principal point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring a seamless, high-end travel experience.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales and after‑sales process, from itinerary design to travel execution.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of hotel contracts, airline policies, and tour operator operations to maximize client value.
  • Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth booking, invoicing, and ticketing processes.
  • Consistently exceed client expectations by delivering personalized, white‑glove service.
  • Work towards KPI‑driven sales targets, actively identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
