Responsibilities We will expect you to take ownership of our existing AI-powered internal tools, maintaining, improving, and extending them across all divisions.

We will rely on you to identify, design, and build new AI tools and automations that deliver measurable value.

We will expect you to create and maintain a formal AI governance framework so our tools are used safely, ethically, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

We will ask you to co‑own our AI quality and governance standards with the Managing Director as the landscape develops.

We will need you to build a structure that enables and coaches team members at all levels to use AI tools confidently and responsibly.

We will expect you to own all third‑party technology vendor relationships, including our managed service provider, CRM, care management systems, and Microsoft 365 environment.

We will rely on you to strategically manage our CRM and bring in specialist expertise where needed.

We will ask you to champion cybersecurity best practice internally and oversee the managed service providers security posture.

We will need you to provide hands‑on coaching to operational managers and the senior management team.

We will expect you to shape our long‑term digital and AI strategy.
