Overview

Ocean Group is Devon and Cornwall\'s locally owned BMW, MINI, and Motorrad retail group. We have dedicated Sales, Aftersales, and Bodyshop teams who take pride in delivering exceptional service. With retail locations in Plymouth, Torbay, and Falmouth, we are ideally situated to service Devon and Cornwall for all BMW, MINI, and Motorrad requirements.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Penryn. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing outstanding customer service. Daily tasks will include conducting product demonstrations, managing the sales process from inquiry to delivery, and providing seamless customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Product Knowledge, Presentation, and Demonstration skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Time Management, Organizational, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the automotive retail industry is a plus
  • Full UK Driving Licence required

Remuneration and Benefits

OTE £46k (uncapped), 5 day working week, 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays, company car, workplace pension, access to training at the world-class BMW academy + more.
